1. Manufactured or die-struck charms, buttons, conchos, etc except for those used as historical pieces from traditional sources 2. Plastic or synthetic parts, e.i., Beads, plastic hairpipe, etc. 3. Liquid embroidery, iron on appliques, items made from a kit of any kind
